Mike Bronko, CEO
Mike has his associate's degree in Architectural Engineering from Norwalk Community College.
He owned and operated Bronko Carpentry and Design for over 25 years before creating Bronko Construction with his son, Seth, in 2011. A master carpenter, he gained a reputation as running one of the best home framing companies in the area.
Mike was elected Mayor of Naugatuck in 2007 and served until 2009. He is currently an elected Burgess in his fifth term.
Seth Bronko, Business Manager
Seth graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Communications.
A week after graduating he filed the paperwork and founded Bronko Construction along with his father, Mike.
An active member of the community, he's served on various committees and boards including the Naugatuck Economic Development Corporation, Naugatuck's Board of Finance, the Naugatuck Education Foundation, Naugatuck Valley Health District board of directors, town committee.
About Bronko Construction LLC
Bronko Construction is a general contracting company founded in 2011 by Mike and Seth Bronko, a father and son team. Based in Naugatuck, the company does most of their jobs throughout Fairfield and New Haven counties. Their work has stretched from Stamford all the way into the greater New Britain area.
Mike is a master carpenter with nearly 40 years of experience. He ran his own company framing houses throughout CT for over 20 years before partnering with his son, Seth, to create their general contracting company together.
As general contractors, Bronko Construction completes all phases of construction, from planning and designing, all the way to the finishing touches. Their work ranges from decks, kitchens and bathrooms all the way to knocking down and rebuilding entire homes. They have a network of trusted subcontractors from all the different trades to ensure a high quality job from beginning to end.
